Lånekort

Som icke-chalmerist på Chalmers Robotförening kan man ansöka om att få ett lånekort för access till lokalen under gällande läsår. Styrelsen kan välja att godkänna en sådan ansökan om de finner att medlemmen är aktiv och bidrar till föreningen.

Members not studying at Chalmers can apply for a temporary access card to CRF during the current school year. The board can approve such an application if they find that the member is active and contributes to CRF in some way.

Gällande regler (2017)

• Lånekortet lånas ut till medlemmen mot en deposition på 50 kr som återfås i slutet av medlemskapsåret mot inlämning av lånekortet.
• Lånekortet är personligt och medlemmens personuppgifter kommer att registreras av kårledningen och därmed knytas till kortet och des aktivitet.
• Lånekortet får ej användas för att ge andra än medlemmen själv tillgång till lokalen.
• Tappas lånekortet bort eller förstörs tillfaller depositionsavgiften Chalmers Robotförening och medlemmen får på nytt ansöka om ett lånekort.

Current rules (2017)

• The card is given to the member in exchange of a deposit of 50 kr which will be given back to the member at the end of the school year when the card is returned.
• The card is personal and the personal information of the member will be registered by the Student Union Management Team at Chalmers and tied to the activity of the card.
• The card may not be used to give people other than the member access to CRF.
• If the card is lost or destroyed the deposit will forfeit and the member will have to apply for a new card.
